Susanne Conrad founded Lightyear Leadership to bring possibility and fun to people’s lives and goals. Lightyear is a community of change-makers that attracts people who believe that in order to make a home, a business, or the world a better place you must start from within yourself.

Lightyear Leadership was founded on the belief that when you transform yourself through self leadership, you will in turn change your family, the community you live in, and the environment that sustains you. We believe that every individual that works with us has a lasting impression on the world around them, and this, we’re sure, is how the world changes for the better.
Lightyear’s curriculum allows people to discover and cultivate the best in themselves through courses and the support of a like minded community that creates accountability, and celebrates their accomplishments.
Lightyear is committed to making our work available to all people, knowing that for this to be true, we must create opportunities for equitable access. We know this work can transform communities and the world, and should be available to all, no matter their background, location, race, gender, beliefs, or economic circumstances. We have payment plans and BIPOC Scholarships available for all of our trainings.
